Maya's original owner kept her in a crate for the majority of her life. This gave her leg and back problems. The neglected pit bull was found by Kathy Guminski of Pit Stop Rescue. She fosters pit bulls until they are ready for forever homes. Maya has already began walking with a wheelchair and is making huge strides. She will get to live the life that she's always deserved because of Kathy's efforts.
