Everyone knows that it’s a small world after all, but who knew just how tiny and beautiful our planet could look? DigitalGlobe must have had an idea and, thanks to their Daily Overview project, we can all appreciate views of the Earth that were once reserved for astronauts alone. Inspired by the overview effect, the experience of seeing firsthand the Earth in space and thinking about things such as international conflict from a different perspective, DigitalGlobe will share a new satellite photograph a day.

Check out the amazing images they’ve posted so far. Who knows, maybe you’ll even see your house!
